This is my entry for Steemjet captain in Ibibio. Ibibio is a language used by part of tribes in southern Nigeria. The translation is is follows
isongho, isongho, isongho. Emedi ubom ufim Steemjet. Ami awad obom ntang iko. Kpaha udok ukpeme idem mfo yun beghe idem yak idaka. Steemjet, iwad ke mba mme adaiso, ido iko ye steem.

Yea. Without humility as he mentioned no one will be able to produce results as a leader, as @dimimp himself he has shown humility and that's a major Virtue the team leaders need to imbibe.

I feel, @dimimp, that whoever is made the captain should be one who exhibits a knowledge of what you intend the steemit community for, one who understands what the steem blockchain means, one who has found ways to add value to the steemit platform as well as one willing to take advice and correction.
As for the book title, since I do not know the story, I am going to take a stab in the dark;
Humility is definitely a necessary and foremost attribute of whoever would be the steemjet captain but then knowing what exactly each person who is willing to be the captain, is capable of and willing to achieve is most likely a product of their past achievement and their undying will and desire to work for success of the project
