Are USO and Oil Tanker Stocks a Buy? | Watch out!

Today I want to take a moment to look at USO and oil tanker stocks which have been a hot topic and add a few thoughts. As always this isn't financial advice! Do your own research. No really, do some research before buying a random fund!
