Who Wants a Steem Monsters Booster Pack??
@Steemmonsters. The phenomenon that is taking the Steem blockchain by storm...
This is your chance to either get started in the game, or enhance your existing deck.
I'm giving away at least 1 booster pack - and depending on how this contest post finishes up, there may be more... I'll give away as many extra booster packs as I can purchase with the liquid Steem from this post.
The Rules
1 - Upvote - to be eligible to win, your vote needs to be either 100% or 0.02 STU (if your 100% vote is worth less than 0.02 STU, you won't be excluded, but if you vote less than 100% and it's less then 0.02 STU, then sorry you can't win a prize).
2 - Tag 2 other users who you think might like to enter.
3 - Spread the word. If you feel like resteeming this contest it would not only be appreciated, but it may well help the prize pool expand. If you don't think it would interest your followers, that's OK too.

I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of the difference between Voting Weight and Voting Power here, @msicc. It took me a while to understand it too. Your Voting Weight on a post (which is what @sparkesy43 is talking about above) is something that you can adjust manually in certain interfaces, such as SteemPeak.com and Busy.org, whereas your Voting Power (which is what you're talking about here) is essentially the number of times that you can vote in a day, and it refills automatically over time, back up to the total 100%. I hope that helps.
Notice, as an example, how I upvoted this post by @sparkesy43 with a 100% upvote, but I upvoted @cryptocopy's reply above with just a 10% upvote.

Your entry counts as you voted with 100% of your available vote (ie didn't reduce it with a slider), so feel free to tag a couple of people get yourself into the mix.

Yes, it was already late when I voted and resteemed it. I participated to help you as I enjoy our little conversations. I am focusing on my dev project at the moment (which includes Steemit), that’s why I am a bit silent in the last days.

How does it work
It basically goes along and adds a little upvote to comments or posts that have received a "dust" vote which would otherwise be lost.
So I have that now also I have another account how can I do it on there
I reckon this post will be worth a read for you, but you transfer some steem or SBD to dustsweeper with a memo nominating the account you want to top up (no memo means your own account). That balance is then used for the upvotes.
