This is @bijoy1 and I joined this platform in 2022 and from 2022 till now, no matter what has happened in the market and what has happened within this platform, I have been doing very well here.

Since 2022, I have worked in many communities and shared various types of quality content there. In addition, I am now working as a moderator in a few communities.

As a moderator, I aim to:

• Maintain a clean and healthy community environment.
• Support new users and guide them properl.
• Help prevent spam, abuse, and plagiarism.
• Encourage quality engagement and content creation.
• Strengthen trust and activity within the community.

Currently I am a moderator in many communities where I check different types of posts and I see the activities there and I see what users are posting and how they are doing everything.

In addition to that I am working as an admin for one of the most amazing services of manual curation which is based on Discord.

I am a very active user. I spend a little time here at different times of the day and I spend seven to eight hours here in the morning, afternoon and night.

In addition, when there is a holiday or I have some free time, I spend about 10 hours here and I see different types of posts in the community and always check them and do everything and I do different types of work in the community.

In addition, during the month when I am a curator, I need to spend a little more time because then I need to find more people and vote on their posts.

In addition, now I have to spend a little more time here because I am working as a contest host, but I spend half of my time here and always try to get all kinds of updates and everything from here and at the same time try to inform everyone about everything.

If selected, I will:

• Be active and responsive daily.
• Follow all community rules strictly.
• Work honestly and transparently.
• Support both users and team members.
• Contribute to long-term community growth.
