I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also fine. Today, I would like to share with you my diary from 18 July 2026. Like every other day, today also started in a very ordinary way, but there were some small and memorable moments throughout the day that I wanted to share with you.

Like every day, I woke up in the morning, freshened up, had breakfast, and then went to our business establishment. Our main business is wholesale rice trading, so after reaching the shop, I started looking after the regular business activities.

When I arrived at the shop, I saw my elder brother handling the business. I also sat at the shop for some time and observed the different activities. At one point, a customer came with an auto-rickshaw to buy rice. He carefully checked several sacks of rice and selected the ones he wanted.After that, one of our workers carefully loaded the rice sacks onto the auto-rickshaw. The customer paid the money and took the rice away.

Today, I am also sharing some photographs of our shop with you. In these pictures, you can see different types and different brands of rice arranged in the shop. The rice sacks have different colors as well some are red, some green, some white, and some orange.Today's rice market was slightly lower compared to previous days. The price had decreased by around 5 to 10 taka per sack. Since our business is wholesale, we always have to keep ourselves updated with the latest market prices. We need to buy and sell rice according to the current market price.

In a wholesale business, keeping up with the market is very important because prices can change at any time.I stayed at the shop until around 2:00 PM and then returned home. After coming home, I had lunch and took a shower. Then I was relaxing for a while.After lunch and taking a shower, I looked toward the neighboring house and suddenly noticed something funny. My younger cousin had put up an Argentina flag on the roof of his house. It was another reminder of how much football passion exists even in our village.

But the most interesting thing was what he had placed on top of the flag a bottle of 7UP! As you know, some people in our village support Brazil. There has always been a fun rivalry between Brazilian and Argentine football fans. After Brazil conceded seven goals against Germany in the 2014 World Cup, opposing fans started teasing Brazilian supporters by calling them “7UP.”Perhaps that is why my little cousin placed a 7UP bottle above the Argentina flag to make the Brazilian supporters angry, embarrassed, and maybe even laugh a little!

Honestly, my little cousin is still quite young. Maybe that is why he came up with such a funny and unusual idea. But these small jokes and friendly rivalries around football are what make village life even more enjoyable.After having lunch and taking a shower, I took a short nap in the afternoon. In the middle of our daily busy lives, a little afternoon sleep can really help refresh both the body and the mind.

A little before evening, I went back to our business establishment. On the way and around the area, I captured some beautiful moments with my camera and wanted to share them with you.The daylight was slowly fading, clouds were covering the sky, and the evening activities were beginning all around. The shops were starting to turn on their lights, people were busy finishing their daily tasks, and a beautiful evening atmosphere was slowly settling over the area.

Even an ordinary day can be filled with many beautiful moments—sometimes, all we need is the heart to notice and appreciate them.So, this was my little The Diary Blog for 18 July 2026. From spending time at the business establishment in the morning, selling rice, observing the changes in the market, taking a short afternoon nap, enjoying my little cousin's funny Argentina-Brazil football rivalry, and capturing the beautiful evening atmosphere overall, it was a pretty good day.I truly enjoy sharing the small moments of my daily life with you all.
