●◉Hi Everyone!◉●

Assalam O Alaikum everyone! Hope you are doing well. Here I am also working nice. I made Kofta egg and want share. So I am her. It was outstanding in taste. Let's know how I made this.

●◉Ingredients:◉●

👉 5 Eggs
👉 Kajo
👉 Onion
👉 Yogurt
👉 Hot Spices
👉 Coriander powder
👉 Red chill
👉 Green chilli
👉 Turmeric

◉Step 1◉

First of all I took water in a pot to boil eggs. Put eggs in it and let them boil well. When eggs were boile well and cooked completely from inside. I took them out of water. After that I let eggs cool for some time so that their shells could come off easily. Then I peeled all eggs one by one and cleaned them well and prepared them. When all eggs were peel and ready. I kept them aside. Because I was going to use those boiled eggs while preparing qourma for later.

◉Step 2◉

After preparing eggs I now took about three to four onions to prepare curry. First I peeled and cleaned onions well and chopped them. After that I placed a pan on stove and added ghee to it. When ghee got hot. I added chopped onions to it and started frying them. I kept frying onions on low flame continuously. So that they would melt and fry well and also change their colour. When onions turn beautiful light brown colour and they were fried well. I took them out of the pan and placed them on a plate.

◉Step 3◉

After frying onions. I did not waste ghee in which I had fried onions. I kept it aside. Because I had to use same ghee in preparation of curry later. After that I took a blender and added fried brown onions to it. Then I added about ten cashews to it. I also added two tablespoons of yogurt. After that I blended all ingredients well in blender until. Onions cashews and yogurt became a smooth and thick paste. I kept this paste ready to use in curry later.

◉Step 4◉

Now I put same ghee that I had kept aside on stove again. I heated it on low heat. In it I added patta cardamom and other hot spices and fried them well. I do about one to two minutes. So that aroma of these spices gets well integrated into ghee. After that I added salt turmeric dry coriander powder cumin powder. Chaat masala and fried them all well to make a fragrant masala. Then I added pre boiled eggs to this masala and started frying them slowly. I fried eggs well from all sides until every flavour of the spices got well integrated into eggs. Their colour also change beautifully. When eggs were well fried in masala. I took them out one by one and kept them aside.

◉Step 5◉

After frying eggs well in spices. I took them out and kept them aside. To spices that were left in pan. I add previously prepare onion cashew and yogurt paste. Then I start frying it well with spices. so all ingredients mix well and taste of onion paste gets well. After that I took a cup of yogurt and beat it well so that there are no lumps. Then I add this beaten yogurt to spices in pan. Fried it well stirring it continuously. I fried yogurt and spices until everything was well combined and spices start to fry well.

◉Step 6◉

Once onion cashew and curd masala was well roasted. It was time to give my dish its final shape. I added egg kofta fried in masala to the prepared masala and mixed them well with masala. Now kofta had good coating of spices on it. After that I add about a cup of water to it and mixed everything well. Then cover pan. Then I left it to cook on stove for about ten minutes on a low flame. After ten minutes. My delicious egg kofta curry was well cooked and ready. Finally I garnish it with fresh green chillies and served it hot.

Me llamó la atención el tono dorado de la cebolla frita, ese color cálido es perfecto para combinar con un outfit de otoño estilo tweed. ¿Te animarías a servir el qorma en una bandeja de cerámica con motivos geométricos para darle más look al plato? 🍽️
