It has been a while since we last had a cat update, and now it's a whole New Year and everything!

2025 was not a great year, and it even feels like we are already 8 months into 2026... even though it is only January 22nd.

Something just feels not quite right with the world.

Didn’t make any of my crypto goals for 2025, mostly due to the late in the year nosedive. I sure hope 2026 ends up better than we've seen so far!

At least I hope to find a little more time to publish in 2026... having a schedule beyond just the occasional Caturday post would help, in that respect.

I am also going to spend a little more time seeking out cat related posts... by real people.

It is a little sad to see just how much AI generated nonsense is being posted on Steemit these days... hope it's not just "a sign of our day and age."
