Greetings, Fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

Amazing how quickly time moves by. Today is Caturday — my favorite day of the week — and it's also the final Caturday before the Hoomans celebrate Christmas.

I like this time of the year because the Hoomans are usually in a good mood, and there tends to be more cat treats in the offing... and a few small good bit of Hooman food, as well!

Of course, it is also the dark time of the year with very short days, so we spend a lot of our days simply napping the day away and staying warm!

We have had some strong winter storms already, and at times like these I am very grateful to be a pampered housecat, and not a street cat!

The Hoomans take very good care of us, around here. There's always treats and warm places to nap!

The Hoomans have finished with their annual "craft show" schedule, so now they are home pretty much all the time until the New Year.

Of course, there will be visitors for Christmas, but aside from that things will hopefully be pretty quiet around here. After all, we cats are not fond of a lot of commotion and noise!

Meanwhile, the Cryptosphere is a bit of a sad place these days, particularly as it applies to the altcoins, including our own Steem token... which keeps hovering around its all-time low.

Not very happy making, but what can you really do?

I'm just going to keep on doing my thing, and hope that 2026 is a better year!
