Can you please be more specific? Whom did he plagiarize, and which parts of his article were plagiarism? Maybe a link back to the original would be helpful. I don't know where you come from, but where I come from, a person is innocent until proven guilty. Notice I did not flag your comment without giving you a chance to defend yourself.
