In my case, steemstem takes more than 40 hours per week. And for some other team members, it takes the same amount of time...
phew! That's a lot!
I will not post that much anymore ;-)
Do you want to lessen your hours? Are helpers in sight?

If we work less, less rewards for stem on steemit... But at some point, it is really hard to keep up (especially when people complain) :(
