"Experiencing The Etinan Local Government Area Traditional And Cultural Display "

It was a wonderful experience at the just concluded cultural display by the beautiful people of etinan local government in akwaibom state Nigeria.

Etinan local government area located at the southern part of akwa Ibom state is known for their rich culture both their local cuisine and the beautiful cultural display.

They etinan people are richly blessed with a fertile soil to cultivate their crops which in turn the reap bountifully.

It was indeed a wonderful experience to witness their cultural celebration in the akwaibom arise cultural appreciation ceremony.

This beautiful spot is called the village square, this is where the clan head of the etinan local government area is seated with his kings men to grace the festival, dancers displayed on the field ranging from different age grade.

Their aged women group dance with their beautiful uniform wear their middle age men and women in uniform always presented a wonderful dance.

The MC did absolutely well in introducing all the cultural cuisine and other resources the etinan people are blessed with to the hearing of the audience.

The etinan people are also blessed with

• Palm fruit

• Casava
• plantain
• palm wine
• cocoyam
• perewinkles etc

All the above mentioned items were presented in village are evidence of their rich culture.

They also showed their creativity in performance, an etinan man creativity made a beautiful basket for farm use this basket are use in carrying their goods from the farm to they market they basket makes the goods presentable as well most of the things they brought was presented in a basket.

They brought with them other creative art like:

• clay pot
• A wooden net filter
• wooden chairs
• spatula

It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful sight to behold.

Due to my phone battery which was already low I couldn't capture the entire event but am glad i was able to save this one for my friends, watch and enjoy!
