Feeding of Kids in the Neighborhood by Giving of Food Packs

Kids in our neighborhood are closed and loved by our family and we always find time to make them happy through our feeding to them by way of giving snacks and a packs of foods, whatever we can offer to them is a big help this time. We find time to assist them to the best of what we can do, so this time again to make the kids in the neighborhood happy we decided together with @georgie84 and @steemitcebu to offer them foods. We prepare rice, spaghetti and dip fried Chicken we put in a food pack styrofoam and a juice for drinks.

We put in a pack lunch the foods with plastic spoon and fork so that it is easy for them to open and eat right away, we made sure that they will be happy with what we prepared for them.

I was assigned to put the spaghetti and my sister put the rice and steemitcebu assigned to close the box and add plastic spoon and plastic fork.

Our family is very active helping us every time we have activities like this, my older sister Rose and our uncle were also busy they were assigned to cook the rice and spaghetti and they also help us packed the foods.

We put one big sliced of dip fried chicken, spaghetti and rice. For drinks we offer them cold juice to complete their meal.

After packing the food, we arranged and preparing for the distribution. We have 60 food packs and 60 juices for the kids and young adult but we prioritize the kids because they love to eat spaghetti and deep fried chicken.

To start the distribution we called the kids and asked them to follow the health protocols like wearing mask and have social distancing for the safety of everybody.

We asked them to get their share of food packs one by one while others were waiting outside to make everything well organized.

We were thankful that kids also cooperate and behaves while waiting for their turn to get their food packs.

I am always thankful to steemit community for the never ending support that help us to fund for this activity, we are living in a poor community where most of the kids were less fortunate and its our happiness to help them and to see them happy.

After they received their food packs they returned home and share the foods with the other members of the family. Maybe soon if we will be blessed we have plans for another feeding and by that time we want to include the adult for our food packs.
