My eyes have been staring at the computer screen for such a long time now that it caused it to decrease my visual acuity. I take time now in resting it as much as possible.
You can do a photocromic lens , since you are always on the computer .it will help u a lot.
I will look into that. I hope it's not expensive? lol!
