hI Good morning to all

Today I make food for my 6 month old baby.

I used mung beans rice and beetroot juice

This above one recepie my baby will like .

And i will make carrot juce and I will give cooked Apple

and she will like it .These foods will give energy.like this we have to give for growing kids.

and she will like Banana. Daily i will give one banana and fruits
