SC-S29/W3- Nostalgia Of The Little Me : Childhood Food Memories
Assalamu Alaikum/Adab my friend of Story On Steem community, I am @kibreay001 speaking from Bangladesh
Hello all my Steemit friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today I am here to participate in a new competition. I am here to participate in a competition shared by @sohanurrahman bhai in the third week of Steemit challenge Season 29. Today, through this competition, I will share with you some moments of picnic with my childhood friends and I will try to share with you some of the wonderful food serving scenes from my childhood. But let's share today's post with all of you.
What childhood food or dish do you still remember clearly, and why is it special to you?
This competition is about childhood food. My favorite food in my childhood was Kachchi Birani. So, whenever I was with my friends and wherever a picnic or event was organized, I would tell everyone about organizing Kachchi Birani. A few days ago, we had a picnic together with my friends, and I gave all my friends the idea of cooking Kachchi Birani ourselves and eating it at the picnic. Actually, if you cook Kachchi Birani yourself, it is really delicious and every friend remembers that food for the rest of their lives, so we all decided to eat Kachchi Birani. If you notice, you can see that my two friends were eating Kachchi Birani very nicely. I captured that moment very beautifully on camera and shared it with you.
Who usually prepared this food for you, and how did it make you feel at that time?
Most of the time I used to cook Kachchi Birani at various restaurants and when my friends would organize picnics together, that's where the cooking would be organized. But when we, as friends, would all start cooking Kachchi Birani items together, to be honest, my feeling was different. In fact, no matter what the taste was, since we cooked it ourselves, the fun of eating it was different. When my friends and I would all cook Kachchi Birani together, we would all engage in various types of joyful chats and would happily share different types of stories. So I have never forgotten the feeling of cooking Kachchi Birani, and I am still sharing those feelings with you through pictures. My favorite childhood food is Kachchi Birani.
When and where did you usually eat it (home, school, village, special occasions)?
My favorite is Kachchi Birani. Most of the time, when I would organize a picnic with all my friends, it would be eaten the most. A few days ago, when we were in the tenth grade, I organized a picnic with all my friends. The food for the picnic was Kachchi Birani. In fact, I always give the idea of Kachchi Birani to all my friends, so when all my friends eat Kachchi Birani together, there is no limit to the joy. So I try to eat my favorite foods at various events and celebrate the time of eating this favorite food with friends by enjoying it. So I like to eat my favorite foods most of the time with my school friends during the events and feel comfortable. If you notice, you will see that when all of us friends were sitting together on the bank of the pond and eating Kachchi Birani, that moment was a wonderful memory for all of us. These moments will remain in the pages of our lives.
What emotions come back when you think about the taste, smell, or moment?
When I think about the moment of eating Kachchi Birani, the most emotional thing that comes to my mind is those beautiful moments spent with my friends. In fact, when we were all in school together, we used to enjoy various festivals and picnics with all our friends. When I had my last picnic with my friends in school, I am trying to present the memory of the last picnic to you today as the best food. I also captured that moment when all my friends were standing together in the school very beautifully on a mobile camera. During the picnic, we always fed our friends first, then the friends would all feed our friends together. It was truly one of the memorable moments of my life. I remember this memory again and again.
Is this food still part of your life today, or does it remain only as a memory?
Eating Kachchi Biryani is still one of the main parts of my life. But I don't know if I will ever be able to eat Kachchi Biryani with all my friends at a picnic festival, but I try to eat Kachchi Biryani at different restaurants in our area sometimes. In fact, it is a very great part of my life because while eating this Kachchi Biryani, I remember the times I spent with all my old friends. So I eat this food at different restaurants in different places as a memory and I remember the moments of picnic with all those old friends very much at that time. So if possible, I will try again to organize a picnic event with all my friends together with Kachchi Biryani. I am writing a post like today and I am ending it here on my behalf. Thank you all.

Greetings,
Thank you so much for participating in the contest.
I really liked your writing. You beautifully shared your childhood picnic memories with friends around Kachchi Biryani. Cooking together, eating in an open place, and enjoying those happy moments with friends were well described. The connection between the food, the moment, and friendship is clear, which makes the post feel truly nostalgic.
Thank you for using your own photos. However, adding recipe steps, captions under the images and making the writing a bit more meaningful and organized would improve the presentation even more.
