SC-S29/W6 – Nostalgia Of The Little Me: A Childhood Story That Taught You Something
Taking some time for yourself after taking care of the household chores all day is a dream for many women. It starts from the moment you wake up in the morning—making breakfast, preparing the children for school, packing everyone's tiffin, sweeping the house, washing clothes, going to the market, and cooking lunch again. This is how the whole day passes. The family is like a never-ending wheel of responsibilities, which rarely gives you a chance to stop. Many times we think that these tasks have no end. But in these small tasks, there is love, care, and responsibility towards the family. When everyone in the family sits and eats together, all the fatigue of the day seems to decrease a little. Especially if there is hot rice, dal, and spicy coriander leaf bharta on the table—then there is no question! While all the elders in my family could cook, I did not know how to cook at all. When I ate bharta from my mother's hands, I also learned its recipe. This was the best thing I learned during my childhood. This recipe comes in handy when I go out of the house for studies. I could have easily done this during my illness.
