BN Medico is a small pharmacy located on Bangshal Road in Chittagong. Our daily essential medicines are available here. This medical center started its journey on a limited scale about five years ago. Although I don't think the medical center has been updated much so far. However, I think the good behavior of the pharmacy owner is the reason why people still trust the shop. Although the shop is fairly small in size, it is quite neat and tidy. When I entered the shop in the morning, I saw the shopkeeper busy cleaning the shop.

Fan and Light

Since the shop was small in size, only one light and a fan covered the entire shop. There was no touch of modernity. This shop was just like the small and local shops that we see at every corner of the area. But the shop had an adequate collection of medicines.

For the last 3-4 days, my younger son was suffering from cold and fever and eye problems. So I went to this shop to get medicine for my son. At the same time, I had in mind that I would be able to participate in the challenge. Moreover, this shop is located next to my son's school. So I see this shop every day on my way to and from school. The cleanliness of this shop and the friendliness of the owner played a somewhat helpful role in me choosing this shop.

I purchase this Napa and lozenges for my son.

Vick lozenges

I went to buy fever medicine (Napa syrup) and eye drops (Lomeflox) for my son but even though I got Napa syrup, I couldn't find the drops in this shop. I took my son with me and I bought him a cough lozenge for his cough. Even though I couldn't get the eye drops from this shop, the shopkeeper suggested me where else I could get the eye drops and that was helpful for me.

My shopping experience at this store was good. Although I did not find a medicine (eye drops) that I needed here. But he gave me directions to which store I can get these drops and also said that if I can wait, he can deliver this medicine to me tomorrow by collection. Which is something that encourages any customer to visit this store. I have visited this store several times before and I have found everything that I need.The seller himself checks the expiry date of the medicine before giving it to the customers. BN Medico is a very popular shop in this area. Every time I have passed by this shop, I have seen a crowd of customers in this shop.

For any small or big shop expansion or improvement, the first thing that seems to be considered by me is well decoration and cleanliness. If any shop is well decorated and clean from the outside. Then the shop will be in the first list of preference of new customers. The sincerity of the shopkeeper towards the customer and the service provided is helpful for increasing the number of customers in the shop. Another thing that is definitely necessary for the improvement and expansion of the shop is the collection of some basic goods for the daily use of people.If ever a business faces a shortage of buyers, the seller can attract customers by offering various attractive offers. This is basically an open secret technique of business.
