As per the instructions of the esteemed organizer, today I have chosen Serov Academy of Fine Arts as the cultural venue. Serov Academy of Fine Arts is an institution where creativity is practiced. Young children develop their talents with joy. Today I will visit Serov Academy of Fine Arts. I will answer the questions given by the esteemed teacher and pin it on the steem-stlas map.

Where is this place located, how can visitors reach it, and when did you visit it?

Serov Academy of Fine Arts is located on the second floor of Noor Square Building, located on Green Road, Dhanmondi, an elite area of the capital, Dhaka. Green Road area is a populated and popular area. It is very easy to reach this institution. You can reach this institution from any part of Dhaka City by rickshaw, CNG, bus, motorcycle, or private car. Next to this institution is the famous YWCA School. It is a popular school in this area. Therefore, it is very easy to reach here from any part.
Serov Academy of Fine Arts is far from my area. I don't go there often. But I visited Serov Academy of Fine Arts on 12-12-25 to observe the cultural development of children.

What is the history or background of this place, and why is it important to the local community?

Serov Academy of Fine Arts is about 10 years old. The institution was built on the model of the Russian Cultural Center. Serov was a famous Russian painter. His fame and popularity have spread beyond the borders of Russia to different countries. The institution was named Serov Academy of Fine Arts in honor of that famous painter.

The owner of Serov Academy of Fine Arts, Mr. Syed Bazlul Hasan Rajib, is a culturally minded person. Since childhood, he has had a special passion for creativity. He has expressed that passion by creating Serov Academy of Fine Arts. He has given importance to some aspects of creativity. As well as believing that health is the root of all happiness, a yoga center has been created for women.
It is mainly designed to develop the creativity of young children. Children usually come with their mothers. Children are busy with their creativity, and parents or mothers keep their body and health in good shape by doing yoga.

Serov Academy of Fine Arts is very important to the local community. This institution is not only about teaching art. Various programs, including dance, singing, poetry recitation, debate competitions, seminars, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings, are held here. Many children participate in each department, and when their parents come here with them, the whole environment turns into a happy gathering. During this time, cultural ideas are exchanged between each other, and friendly relations are formed between each other, which helps in building a healthy and timely society.

What different stories can be discovered here through its people, culture, architecture, activities, or natural surroundings?

Educated and elegant people live in this area. Naturally, the Serov Academy of Fine Arts, which was established here, is also a popular institution. This institution, built on the model of the Russian Cultural Center, always hosts cultural programs and creative events of various categories. Just as children choose painting, dancing, singing, recitation, and debate competitions to develop their talents, mothers choose this healthy medium like physical exercise.

Every painting, dance, and song of children creates a story, their every moment creates happy memories. The moments here are immortal in the life of every child. Therefore, I can say that the Serov Academy of Fine Arts is not only a cultural institution; it is also a medium for collecting happy memories of people.

What can visitors experience, observe, or learn when they explore this place?

When I came to observe the Serov Academy of Fine Arts, I saw innocent and beautiful children happily drawing pictures, some reciting poems, some learning to dance, some singing. Looking at the whole environment, it felt like a gathering of fairies from the sky. Seeing the smiles on the children's faces, their concentration on learning, and the gentle hands creating pictures, my heart was filled with joy.

Whoever comes here, their hearts are filled with joy. The creativity of children floods the hearts of parents. In between work, they are taught to respect and love the little ones. In short, along with creativity, everything is done there, giving equal importance to human values, which the visitors can also enjoy and learn from.

After exploring the place from different perspectives, what makes it unique and worth remembering or visiting?

The Serov Academy of Fine Arts is built on a vast area. The environment here is quite open. The main objective of the authorities is to develop the minds of children. That is why a lot of space has been kept open. The institution is decorated pleasantly for children. Various pictures of children are hung on the walls.

The entire environment is air-conditioned, so that the children do not suffer any pain. The teachers here are also friendly. Their behavior is more friendly than the strictness of the teacher. So the children adopt the entire environment as their own. When visitors visit the wonderful environment here and see the smiles on the faces of the children here, their hearts are filled with happiness.
In such a creative environment, they want to come again and again. Visitors feel like they have come to a fairy kingdom. Where little fairies are roaming around happily. So they want to visit the place again and again.
