SC-S29/W2- Nostalgia Of The Liitle Me : My School Days
Hello friends, |
|---|
How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. Honestly, I like participating in competitions a lot. Thank you very much @sohanurrahman brother for reminding us of our childhood school memories. Actually, we cannot finish talking about school memories. When I was writing the post, I was remembering many things. Those days were very beautiful and happy. Yes, maybe there were some bitter experiences. But that life was beautiful in a different way. Now, I remember those days a lot. School life or college life is really a big chapter in everyone's life. Many memories are coming back to me now when I was in primary school. Again, we had a different experience in high school. I was also remembering many sirs. But these days are like an important part of our life. Sometimes it feels good to remember such memories. I have beautifully presented my memories below. I hope you like it.
A moment that defines your school life (A day you will never forget, your first day at school or any happy, funny, or emotional school experience that still lives in your heart.) |
|---|
To be honest, there are many such moments in my life, but if I have to say, the first day of school life comes to mind. I was admitted to school and then I was admitted to class one. One day, my sister and I got me admitted to school. But that day, I did not take any classes. After a few days, my work started. On the first day, I was very excited to go to school. Meanwhile, my school dress was all ready. I was very happy to wear the new school dress. I also got dressed with great joy and got ready to go to school. Then my sister took me to school. But I was so excited and happy to come to school, but as soon as I went to school, there was a teacher, Sir, his name was Rahman. He came and stood in front of me and wanted to talk. As soon as I saw the teacher, I started crying when I saw Sir. I was crying so much that I did not want to enter the classroom anymore. It was not possible to control myself anymore. I ruined such a happy first day of school like this. Then my sister was forced to bring me home again. I could not enter the classroom anymore that day. Let alone taking classes. I had such an experience on my first day of school. Then I came home and calmed down a bit. To be honest, I was a little scared. But from the next day onwards, I didn't do that again. From the next day onwards, I did classes beautifully. That was the experience of ruining my first day of school.
Describe how you felt as a student (your fears, excitement, struggles, or happiness inside the school walls.) |
|---|
To be honest, as a student, I have many kinds of feelings in my life. In fact, everything in our life is fear, struggle or joy. It seems that we used to walk to school from a long distance. This is also a struggle in our life. Again, we used to walk home from that far away place. These moments in school life become a struggle. Again, it seems that when we did not learn the lessons of the class, we had to live in fear. Because we worked for the fear of being scolded or beaten by the sir. Maybe because of that, we could learn. And when we learned or could do the lessons in school, we felt a lot more joy. There are many kinds of memories in school. When there were cultural programs or sports in our school, we used to get a lot of joy. Many people in our school used to sing, dance or act. We actually spent those days with a lot of joy. We used to have a lot of fun with our school friends all the time. Again, it seems that we had to study hard and pass. These days were days of struggle for us. But when we passed well, it was a lot more joy.
A friend or teacher who mattered to you (Someone who inspired you, supported you, or disciplined you in a way that helped shape your character.) |
|---|
Yes, I have to say that the headmistress of our primary school. The discipline of our primary school headmistress has been very useful in my life. Which she remembers every day now. Our school is right in front of our house. So we didn't have to go far to school. At that time, about five to six of us in our class used to go to school from the same house. And our studies were also very equal. And our teacher used to keep all of us under a little strict discipline but she liked us a lot. Especially when we were in class five. That time was a little more strict for us and there was a lot of pressure to study. Because we would give the PSC exam and along with that, the government scholarship had to be paid separately. And because of this, if one of us did not go to school, ma'am would immediately send someone else to call him. Because if we missed a day's studies, there is a possibility of falling behind. Ma'am really doesn't care who came to school or why. She just made us focus on our studies in this way to give importance to our studies. And because of which we all got good results in the PSC exam and four of us got government scholarships. I was one of them. Actually, if Ma'am had not disciplined us, maybe we would not have been able to get such results. And many people call Ma'am bad. But I like her discipline. Nowadays, when teachers discipline, parents blame the teachers. But I think discipline is necessary for the good of the children.
A mistake or lesson from school life (An experience that taught you honesty, responsibility, confidence, patience, or an important life value.) |
|---|
Actually, there are many such mistakes or lessons in school life. One incident comes to mind very clearly. There was a girl in our class, and everyone didn't like her. And because of this, one day everyone started throwing various small things at her. At that time, the girl was sitting quietly on the bench without saying anything. But everyone was throwing various things at the girl and saying many harsh words to her. Then when Ma'am came to class, Ma'am understood the matter. Then when she asked the girl, the girl told the whole truth. But the girl didn't say anything on her own. And when Ma'am asked everyone, everyone said that we were just throwing things and playing. We didn't hit her. Then Ma'am took a long time to explain to everyone that it is not right to harass someone like that. We are all friends in school. It is also not right to discriminate against someone like that. And if you hurt someone, it comes back to you. Then everyone understood after listening to Ma'am. Then everyone said sorry to the girl for the matter. Actually, that day we were able to learn our mistakes from here and got the right lesson. From then on, everyone treated the girl like a friend.
Reflect on how those school days shaped who you are now (How your school days influenced your dreams, personality, or the values you still carry with you in life.) |
|---|
Actually, when we went to school, we saw various kinds of things to learn. Or it seems that we were able to learn a lot by going to school. To treat everyone well, to consider everyone friendly, or not to hurt anyone. We actually came to know about these things only after going to school. Again, it seems that teachers teach us various kinds of things. Which we were able to learn. We were able to learn and understand the things that are in our books. In terms of studying, it seems that we all understood the things of respecting everyone or doing calculations. Which in fact those who do not study in school could not learn. And these are many experiences of our school life. Due to which our personality and values grow. And that is why maybe we are still able to behave through good education today. We are able to teach our own children. These things are very important for us.

Greetings,
Thank you so much for participating in the contest.
Sister, you’ve expressed yourself really beautifully. School life is something you can never truly finish talking about. Your post is wonderful, and reading it made the memories of a child’s school days come alive before my eyes. The excitement of the first day, followed by fear and crying at the classroom door, feels so real and innocent anyone can easily relate. Adjusting to a new environment isn’t always easy, and you’ve captured that perfectly.
Children really enjoy sports and events at school, and I can relate I’ve cherished those moments too.
I’m truly impressed by how your headmistress valued teaching and discipline. Having a teacher like her helps students learn structure and responsibility. Her strictness combined with care clearly shaped your studies, sense of responsibility, and success.
I also loved how your teacher didn’t allow anyone to harass another student, teaching you that school is not just a place for academics but also a stage for character building. She showed the importance of fairness and respect among classmates.
One small suggestion, if you had separated your text into paragraphs instead of writing it all continuously, your post would have been even more engaging and easier to read.
