I prepared fried eggplant with my own hands this morning.
Hello, I'm @toufiq777
I hope everyone is doing well; I am also fine by the grace of God.
I woke up early this morning. Upon waking, I noticed it was raining outside. I really enjoy eating khichuri (a rice and lentil dish) with fried eggplant on rainy days.
I had gone to the market two days ago and bought three round eggplants. These round, green eggplants aren't always easy to find in the market these days; I spotted them at a shop and bought them. After bringing them home, I washed them and stored them in the refrigerator.
It was cloudy and raining this morning. Seeing the rain, I took the eggplants out of the refrigerator and sliced them into round pieces. Then, I coated the eggplant slices with spices and let them sit for a while to marinate.
Next, I poured oil into a pan and waited for it to heat up. Once the oil was hot, I started frying the eggplant slices. After frying for about 5 to 6 minutes, the fried eggplant was ready. I fried several pieces. Then, everyone in the family sat down together to eat khichuri with the fried eggplant. It was truly delightful to eat khichuri with the fried eggplant I had prepared myself. Everyone in the family said they really enjoyed the fried eggplant.
Thank you
