Chinedu couldn't believe that his plans didn't work, he couldn't understand the fact why, he had felt that with his aloofness, she would come crawling back, but he was mistaken, he even thought that her coming now was coming back to him finally, but he was mistaken...!

She came to read him his bad actions and decisions, after listening to her talk and cry, he knew he had messed it all up, but like a proud man, he decided to stay stoic, and dared her to make a drastic decision, he was so sure that she wouldn't have the mind to see it through, as for baby Catherine, Chinedu watched as his daughter remembered who he was and jumped on him, she refused being dropped since then....!!

ITOHAN looked at the ceiling, then looked at the man she fell hopelessly in love with, how could she have been so blind, why didn't she see this part of him, coming here was to see why he was being aloof to her all this while but now she could see he purposely was doing what he was doing, he was hurting her deliberately, all because he wanted her close, all because he wanted her back to him at all cost, he didn't care at all for her dreams, nor his daughter's, he didn't care for all the pains she was going through by her mum, to him, she deserved it, for she hadn't left, she won't go through them...!!

ITOHAN was heartbroken, she looked at baby Catherine clinging to her father and looked around the house, seeing all tickets of gambling littered everywhere, she now understood why Chinedu financial plans was nowhere, she now understood why he stopped sending them money...

ITOHAN saw that she was never going to get off this sinking ship if she didn't make a drastic decision, she saw now, that she was all alone, and tears started flowing down, she looked at baby Catherine, and understood why, what her father saw, how could she be so blind?...!!

She looked at Chinedu who just stood there looking at her with the baby in his arms, she got up looking at him squarely she told her decision to him... And watched him stare in disbelief, then she listened to him say some few words that finally shattered her already broken heart....!!
