Against the common belief, not all hot peppers are terribly hot. The superhots as they're called are actually just for marketing :-)
Also if you're able to create a new world record leader in heat, then this may make you become quite rich.
Here's one of my favourites: Dong Xuan Market (a variety from Vietnam) stuffed with tuna and creamcheese 🌶 Hot but still very enjoyable.
