My Short Story On Steemit #2.( The Rag Collector )

After the busy schedule I am back once again.this picture made me feel sorry for what we are today.
We call ourselves civilized , modernization had changed our life to a great extent.but the harsh reality is behind every great civilization lies a mass destruction in the past.same as behind our modernization we are producing a garbage world . The garbage world that consists of plastic and plastic materials is dangerous to the environment.this is a rag collector.
∆wait ___be patient.
This ain't any big job.
Usually the word "rag collector" denotes to the boy or man who collects used and left away plastic materials from the trash or garbage to earn some Money for his livelihood .

The biggest deal is that the boy was not more than 21 years old and his work aroused some questions.
✓what forced the boy to lead his life to such works ?
✓what will be the waste plastics would be used for?
✓ what are the health issues and risk while the job ?
✓Does the huge bag can fulfil his desires by what he will earn ?
✓Is this legal or not ?

It took more than a week for the answers to the questions.but yes finally i got all of em.
1).In this modern and civilized world there are still some people who are far away from privilleges offered by the govt.they lack proper education which lead them to marry early and have kids quickly.those people being in such condition start working for whatever they get to feed the family.education is the main reason for such things to happen
2).even in many places plastic bags and products are legalised by govt if they pass the quality test and follow the instruction.recycling of polymer products are limited to different categories. But as we know rules are made to break.some non legalised plants use this waste products to make plastic bags which are sold in black markets cheating the govt. The finished products are even not legal to be sold because they are of so low quality and recycle period of those product is out of govt order and instructions.
3).This is one of the most dangerous work which can even slowly kill a human being.forget about hygiene.the man collecting those garbage can get affected by tetanus .which can make him impaired or loss of body parts through the disease.
4).the rag collectors are often seen with a huge bag on their shoulders .it seems that no doubt the huge bag will earn him some huge profit. But alas , the huge bag is measured in metric weight or kilos .the price earned by the man doesn't even can feed the family properly for which he risks his life by working under severe weather conditions and heat.
5).in the above statement i have explained about legality of these works.but collecting of rag cannot be said illegal .because, he is not acclaimed through any means breaking law and order. However it is moral duty of the govt and us that we help these people quit works like this. We are civilized only when we could help the poor and needy who are overwhelmed by the society.we together have to step forward to help these people by any means.helping a man in need can help the the world grow stronger and look beautiful.
