Hello friends, I hope you are all well. For the Fourth week of the Steemit Challenge contest, I will be sharing my experience and a review of my visit to a Fast Food Stall. I would like to thank the organizers of this challenge, and without further delay, I am starting my participation.

A visit to the fast food stall- Bonolota

I visited Bonolota Fast Food, where traditional thin soups and fast food are available. To taste their food, I ordered a Chotpoti; although it doesn’t strictly fall under the category of a broth, the recipe follows the style of a traditional thin soup. Besides these, many other delicious fast food items are available at this stall.

It is located at the entrance of number 6 on the ground floor of the Chattogram Biponi Bitan (New Market). It remains open every day except Friday. Since it is situated inside the market, it stays open as long as the market is open—typically from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, when you can enjoy their food.

The stall is not very large in size. Within a small space, they manage their kitchen for preparing recipes, customer seating, decoration, and all other services. Actually, the interior doesn’t matter much in these small food stalls; what matters most is the food itself.

The ceiling doesn't have luxury decorations, but there are several LED lights. I feel that if the lights were of different colors, the interior would have gained a unique dimension. To keep the inside cool, an adequate number of ceiling fans are installed.

There is no separate menu card here, which is quite normal for such small food stalls. However, they serve burgers, sandwiches, soup, noodles, pasta, cold drinks, Chotpoti, Fuchka, and many other fried food items that are in high demand among customers.

The seating arrangement is reasonably comfortable. Due to the limited space, a maximum of 16 customers can sit at once, as that is the number of chairs available. Two staff members handle food service and maintain the cleanliness of the interior.

In the middle of the stall where the kitchen is located, fried items are beautifully displayed in a glass container. These are kept right next to the customer seating, so they easily catch the eye of visitors and look very appetizing.

I ordered Chotpoti. After a short wait, the food was served. Honestly, I found the taste of the Chotpoti to be quite good. To enhance the flavor, they added grated egg, broken fuchka shells, and some spices on top, which made the food taste even better.

For those who love fried food, Bonolota offers good taste at a reasonable price. Since the prices are low, only cash payments are accepted. Considering everything, they are able to satisfy their customers well.

Although soup was available, I didn't order it this time; instead, I chose Chotpoti as an alternative. It is like a traditional soup made with chickpeas, potatoes, and traditional spices, and it is a favorite among women.

If I were to try a broth, I have a desire to try a vegetable-based broth. I’m not sure which restaurant serves this specific recipe, but based on what I’ve seen on the internet, it looks very tasty. However, I have tried many variants of soup, and I especially like mushroom soup.

Among my favorites, mushroom and chicken soup top the list. Soup is often made at our home, though it differs slightly from restaurant versions. Restaurants has a lot of variety, and I particularly enjoy curry chicken soup. I don't go frequently, but whenever I visit a good restaurant, I try to have some soup.
