I'm new to SteemIt and have just discovered @photocontests run by @juliank after looking for a place to regularly enter some of my photos taken around the world. This is my first ever entry and I've picked #streetphotography.

Strapped to the back of her mother

The above photo was taken in Chichicastenango Markets in Guatemala. A large, colourful market catering for both tourists and locals alike. Taking photos as I went, we walked around for a few hours admiring the colourful fabrics, fruits and animals for sale. This little girl was happily tied to her mother's back and was fascinated by both me and my camera.
