Photowalk 02: DEPRIVED
Deprived.
I saw the younger version of myself in this little girl. I looked exactly like this everyday, everytime kids my age play outside our gate. I grew up having strict and over protective parents, all my childhood life I stayed inside the comfort of our home.
I never really experienced playing outdoor games. No bato lata, no chinese garter, no patintero, no running under the rain, no wounds bec of I fell down while playing etc. Ghad, how much did I miss. Growing up, I was physically weak. And maybe that’s the reason why my parents were too protective.. but I think it’s also the reason why up to now, I am still physically weak. I think I’ll forever be envious to those who enjoyed their childhood. I always feel like I lost a chunk of my life because I ddnt experience all that. D R A M A K I L L S
Good photo, but I think it is not very productive having such regrets. You must look forward and start making strong yourself.
