I don't understand even a single word of this, however, I find the picture stunning. It does capture the mood of the world which is loneliness, I think. Sometimes in our lives we all feel left out and think nobody cares and we are just insignificant. This simply describes the how lonely a person can be when his own enemy is his loneliness.
