Nice, I think I was put on this earth to consume spicy tuna rolls. I have been to a lot of sushi places and man I love tuna anything but spicy tuna in general.

The key for me when I make them is to chop the tuna really find and mix it with some sriracha and a dab of soy sauce. You need really good fresh tuna to make the flavors pop.
