I wish I could have this order system in the bagel shop I jumped in in NY. I ordered ingredients too spontaneously and was nervous ... I got a talllll salmon bagel in the end 😅

Yes, it's a very nice ordering system since you can take your time figuring out what you want on your sandwich. No need to hold up the line either.
