Dear friends, I greet you all with Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi. I hope everyone is doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing well by the endless mercy of Allah. Wherever you are, please be very cautious about your situation and enjoy your life. Today, I will talk to you about the second part of our institution's annual exam, that is, the second day. Because on the first day, I went to another place as a central teacher and examiner. As a result, I could not inform you about the first day's exam.
Every year, at our Tanzimul Ummah Hifz Madrasa, two exams are held: one is the half-yearly exam and the other is the annual exam. I have been working as a teacher at this madrasa for almost five years. The excellent management of this institution has truly impressed me. However, the system for the annual exams and the half-yearly exams is exactly the same.
About a month before the exams, various exam-related activities begin. As the convener of the exam committee, I have experience working as a member of the committee. Therefore, I have to oversee all exam-related tasks that the students possibly need. One month in advance, we prepare a list showing how much each student has studied and how much they will be able to study for the exam. Then, just before the exam, we provide each of them with an admit card.
We have made almost eleven groups here, with two people in each group who will act as examiners. They will provide their individual scores, and the scores of the two will be combined and averaged. However, we have also prepared a list of examiners in advance, but since we don't have many teachers here, those who are experienced are encouraged to conduct the exam individually.
For instance, those who have conducted many exams before are decided to take the exam individually. Since I have five years of experience, I have conducted several exams entirely on my own. However, students are given their admit cards the day before the exam, and the exam is taken with this admit card. As examiners, two files need to be taken to the exam hall. One is the score sheet, and the other is the attendance sheet.

A total score must be awarded on the mark sheet because each student will receive 100 marks. However, how much each student manages to score will depend on their responses to the questions asked. We will ask three questions, meaning three questions will be based on the assigned reading or study material. From these, three questions will be asked.
For example, the first question will be to recite a verse from the beginning of a page in the Holy Quran, and the second question will be to recite a verse from the start of another page. The student will continue to recite that verse aloud from memory. Another question will be a verse from the middle of the page, which I will recite, and the students will recite that verse.
Here are some arrangements for management and conducting of exams to enhance the beauty of exam management and the examination process. For example, the most important thing for conducting an exam is that we, the examiners, must have a file with us, and it is necessary to have a Quran. Also, if a question is asked and answered incorrectly, a bell will be rung.
Additionally, so that the examinees feel encouraged and find the process very easy after seeing such good management, we have arranged flowers. There is a flower top; although the flowers are plastic, it enhances the beauty. Moreover, as an examiner, a nameplate is provided here to further enhance the appearance.

There is a very good system for conducting exams, where students from almost all groups will sit in a room in an organized manner, and they will be called according to the list in our file, and they will come forward. As an examiner, he will manage all the activities of this exam.
Here, I conducted the exam by calling the students one by one, and encouraging them is our moral responsibility and our duty. Because if the exam is difficult, they will get scared, and making it easier for them is an important matter for us.

Importance and results of Exam
There is no institution where there are no exams, whether it is an educational institution, a company, or anything else where there are no tests. In fact, exams exist everywhere, and through exams, people are promoted, assessed, and selected. Through these exams, we can identify capable individuals and distinguish the incapable ones. What is the importance of the annual exams and midterm exams of our educational institutions, and what are their actual results?

Many of you may know that the basic purpose of conducting the exam is that memorizing the Quran is no small task; it is a very difficult job. But retaining it is even more difficult, and it is the duty of every Muslim who has become a Hafiz to retain it. Therefore, through the exam, they repeatedly recite the portions they have memorized. This is why our exam is so important.
