Classroom design

Hello my friends, Teachers and creative friends!
It has been a while since my last post in the Teachers & Students Community about Beusehat Carnival Day, and today I’m excited to share something fresh and inspiring, a classroom transformation that proves simplicity can still look classy.

Learning Structure & Classroom Information Wall
Next, you will find educational displays such as:

  1. Class rules
  2. Weekly schedule
  3. School mission & vision
  4. Achievements and student photos

These visual elements help students stay organized and aware of their responsibilities.
This classroom belongs to Grade 7 students at junior high school in Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. The room is beautifully organized with important learning areas and meaningful decoration, not too much, not too little, just perfect for building a positive learning atmosphere.

Message: When information is visible, students feel more responsible and confident.

A Warm Reading Corner

In the first photo, you can see a nice Reading Corner beside the windows. Although small, it feels elegant! The shelf is filled with books, and the walls are decorated with motivational posters. Natural light from the windows makes this corner the perfect spot for students to enjoy reading.

Message: Reading should feel comfortable and inviting.

Creative Mini Gallery & Student Crafts

At the back area, there’s a class mini gallery:
A mirror surrounded by motivational tags. Student diorama projects made from cardboard Personal development boards. This space allows students to see themselves in a positive light literally! The crafts show that creativity doesn’t require expensive materials.

Message: “Low cost but high creativity”

Character-Building Tree

On another wall, there is a creative Character Tree with values like honesty, cooperation, responsibility, and respect. Each leaf represents character growth that teachers aim to build every day.

Message: Academic success is important, but character growth matters more
