For this, the expenditure is approximately 125 crore taka If the Bangabandhu satellite launch is reduced, the cost will be reduced greatly. Not only that, the country's money will also be from the country.

There is also the possibility of foreign currency earnings by renting satellite waves. In addition to television channels, 40 types of services, including internet service providers, VSAT and wireless, can be found through this satellite.

Any type of natural disaster is damaged by terrestrial infrastructures, Bangabandhu satellite will ensure e-service as uninterrupted communication system and environment communication medium.

All satellite services, including the ground system of Geosynchronous Satellite System, can be used to provide telecommunication and broadcasting services in some of the surrounding countries when the satellites are fully operational.

It also provides better data-related data on weather forecasts, telemedicine, e-learning, e-research, video conference defense and disaster management. The new horizons will be opened in various other sectors.

The neighboring countries of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have their own satellites. Bangladesh will be able to rent services to Nepal, Myanmar, Bhutan and other countries as a satellite launch. It will earn around $ 50 million a year.

There will be a total of 40 transponders of Bangabandhu satellite. Of these 20 transponders will be kept for use in Bangladesh. The remaining 20 transponders will be kept for sale to any foreign company.

Although initially these facilities are possible only to Bangladesh and neighboring countries, it will expand its range later. Bangladesh can rent or sell satellite facilities to Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and East Africa.
