Moto360 2nd gen or Samsung gear s3 frontier Which one?

Hi everyone,

I would like to buy new but I really don't know which one I have to choose?
I think the design of the watches are very nice. I compared technical specifications outside of design Samsung gear S3 is more a little more ahead. My confusing about Tizen operating system.

what is you opinion to select the watch?
