Rescued children were taken to Chiang Rai, near the helicopter in the nearby city and admitted to a hospital for health check-up. A member of the rescue team said that children are 11 to 16 years of age and are not skilled at swimming. Therefore, they are taking very precautions to get them out. An Australian doctor who was involved in the rescue team had a health check on Saturday night and approved the operation. Due to being dark, the rescue operation has been stopped for overnight. The governor of Chiang Rai province met the children who had been expelled from the cave in the evening. He told the media that all children are healthy.

Divers are taking about 11 hours to complete one of the caves. Experts from eight countries are engaged in the rescue operation. These include the diver from Australia, Britain, Europe and Asia. This incident has drawn attention from the whole of Thailand and the world.

Stay alive by drinking flood water

For nine days the children did not eat food, they were alive only with the help of flood water. The children did not even know how many days they were stranded. Under the mountains is the cave. Some paths go up and some down. There is water in the person who connects every way. In the rain, these caves always fill the water and it only returns to the month of September.

The pumps are removing water continuously from the cave. The water level of the cave has dropped to 16 centimeters. But the water is getting filled again by water from the mountain. It is feared that if there is strong rain then where children have taken shelter, then they can be destroyed. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rains over the next few days.

Prior to launching the operation to remove the children, the media was asked to go from that area. Officers told the media on Sunday morning that they should vacate the place near the camp near the cave, which could help the victims. The police announced a loudspeaker that people who are not connected to the campaign immediately leave this area.
