How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @mvchacin ma'am. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.

1 - Make your own chicken pakora (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

Yogurt1 cup
Vinegar1 tbsp
Soya sauce1tbsp
Salt2 tbsp
Red chilli powder1tbsp

Gram flour1cup
Cornflour5tbsp
Orange food colorpinch

First, Take a bowl and add yogurt to it.Then take another small bowl and add soya sauce and vinegar to it. Add cornflour to the yogurt mixture."

Then add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, cumin seed and cornflour. Add the vinegar and soya sauce mixture to the yogurt.Mix it well.

Add gram flour and a pinch of orange food color.Mix all the ingredients carefully,making sure everything is evenly combined.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Next, pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and mix everything thoroughly so that all the pieces are coated well. Once mixed, cover the bowl and set it aside to marinate for 40 minutes, allowing the flavors to soak in.

Take a pan and pour some oil into it. Heat the oil until it is warm. Then, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces one by one into the pan. Cook the chicken on medium heat, until they become golden brown on all sides. When the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice brown color, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate.

Your chicken pakora is now ready to eat.Arrange it on a plate and serve it with some chili garlic ketchup on the side.Enjoy this tasty snack with your loved ones and share the delicious flavors together. It turned out really delicious. The flavor was amazing, and the texture was perfectly crispy.
Everyone at home enjoyed it a lot and kept saying how tasty it was. It made me very happy to see everyone loving the dish, and it felt great to cook something that turned out so well.
