My morning face

Good day guys, I'm yours truly @gentlefx8 and I welcome you to another episode of my daily diary. I woke up this morning feeling really excited because I noticed that my knee is getting better and stronger. It was a beautiful feeling because I have been dealing with the injury for some time now, and seeing some improvement gave me hope. I was happy that I could move around a little better than before. I just thanked God for the progress and prayed that the recovery would continue.

Cocoyam I ate

After getting up, I knew I needed to eat something because I also had to take my medications. I decided to have some cocoyam, which is one of the foods I really enjoy eating. I served myself and ate enough to make sure my stomach was not empty before taking the medication. The cocoyam was tasty and it gave me some energy as well. After eating and taking my medications, I spent some time at home and allowed myself to relax.

Watching football

Later in the day, I started feeling bored at home. Since my knee was getting better, I decided to go outside and watch some football. I could not wait to get back to the field myself, but watching the game was still enjoyable. I sat down and watched the players while enjoying the atmosphere around the football ground. It felt good to be outside again after spending so much time at home because of the injury. I really enjoyed the game before eventually heading back home.

Soya Beans delicacy which is called Awara

When I came back home, my mum had prepared a delicacy made from soya beans. I was already a little hungry, so I was happy to see the food waiting for me. I served myself and started eating, and honestly, it was really sweet. I enjoyed every bite because the meal was tasty and satisfying. My mum really did a good job preparing it, and I appreciated having another good meal at home. It was a nice way to end the activities of the day.

I'm off to bed guys

Now it is already night, and I am finally retiring to bed. Today was a better day for me because I could feel some improvement in my knee, and that alone made me happy. I am still praying for complete recovery and hoping that I continue to get stronger every day. I thank God for life, good food, and the little progress I am seeing. Wishing you all a great and peaceful night. That's how I spent my day, guys.

I do really appreciate y'all for reading, hoping to see you in my next diary.
