Hope you all are well. Today I am very happy to share my participation in this beautiful art challenge of Steemit. I have always been interested in creative works and when I saw this Face / Body Painting challenge I was very interested.

This time I made a snake body painting on my arm. This is a simple yet interesting design that I had a lot of fun making. I tried to make each step simple and use colors beautifully.

Things to use 🎨

For this body painting I used the following:
Acrylic Paints (Green, White, Black)
Permanent marker
Paint brushes
Seedling blender
The water
Red marker

All these things are also used in general artwork and are also very useful for body painting.

Step by step procedure

First step

First I clean my arm well so that the painting can be done easily. After that I drew the earliest shape of the snake with the support of Permanent Marker. I formed the twisted lines of the snake's head and body to form the design look immersing.

Second step

I then further defined the outline of the snake and fleshed out its body. Also draw some extra lines on the snake's body in this step to make shading easier later.

Finally, I drew the snake's tongue with Red Marker and outlined the outline again with black. Thus my snake body painting is complete.

The third step

Now I took Green Acrylic Paint and marker and with the help of a brush I started filling the body of the snake. I painted carefully so that the color does not go outside the line and the design looks clean.

Fourth step

When the base color was complete, I shaded the snake's body with dark green. This made the design look more elegant and a little closer to reality.

The fifth step

After that I made the eyes and teeth of the snake with white paint. Gave the eyes a slightly angry look to make the snake's face look more interesting.

The final result

When the painting was finished, it appeared veritably beautiful. Black outline with green color and red tongue form this design stand out. It held me about 25 to 30 minutes to form this painting and the expertise was veritably interesting for me. I also write my username and date on my arm.

Is painting an art?

Yes, painting is indeed a beautiful art. Through it, a person can express his thoughts, emotions and imagination with the help of colors. Great artists of the world like Leonardo da Vinci and Vincent van Gogh also gave a new identity to art through their paintings.

My experience

This Face / Body Painting experience was very enjoyable for me. During this activity I realized that even a simple design can become very beautiful if we work with patience and creative thinking. This activity helped me improve my creativity.
