The Diary Game: Snapping In My Friend's Gym Room And My Workplace

I called my friend on phone yesterday to inform him that I will like to use his gym equipment for an hour. He agreed to my request. After having my usual morning devotion, I brushed my teeth, washed my face and proceeded to my friend's house.

When I arrived at his house, we exchanged pleasantries, I asked of his parents and siblings. We hugged each other and he took me to his gym house. I told him that he has to help me if I get tired lifting the gym equipment, he agreed. I started with bench press, he assisted me with different types of weight lift. We continued for an hour and I got exhausted, so I told him that I will like to go home. He encouraged me to be consistent with lifting weights, he then excorted me some miles away from his house, we hugged each other, then I departed home.

When I arrived home , I went straight up to the bathroom and had a shower, applied body cream , dressed up and headed to the kitchen to get food for myself who was extremely hungry. I ate fried egg with a big loaf of bread, then prepared tea. I finished everything, rested for some minutes, then informed my sibling that I will going to my workplace which is a school. I left my house feeling pain in my elbow due to the weight I lifted. Moreso, today is my first time of lifting weights in a year, that's why I experienced much pain. So I alighted a taxi which took me to my workplace, I saw very happy faces from students who came to greet me, I went to the staffroom, dropped my bag on my desk,rested for few minutes, got my instructional materials ready and left to the classroom.

I thought the junior secondary school 2 a topic in mathematics titled: simple algebraic expressions, I was glad that were able to understand it. I gave the students classwork. After marking their books, I was excited because none of them failed any question given. Later on I had to give them take home assignment, then went back to the staff room.

After teaching for the day. I went back home, bathed, ate porridge yam, then left my home to visit a colleague who was ill. He has been sick for four days. At my arrival to his house, his sister came to welcome me and took me inside the guest room while waiting for his brother to come and meet me.

When my colleague came to the guest room, I quickly ran to meet him and greeted him. He told me he's been taking his medication and feeling a lot better now. We discussed about a lot of issues, cracked jokes until about some minutes past 7pm. I told him that I will have to go back home to get prepared for tomorrow's work. He wanted to escort me for a few distance, I told him not to bother though he insisted. We hugged each other, then i left his house to return to my abode.
