The Diary Game: Ekpang Nkukwo Recipe And Other Activities 23/10/2025

Good day to everyone and I welcome everyone into a new day of activities, hope we are all doing well as we see another day of activities.
My own start in the kitchen as I prepared one of the local recipes in my native way,so I use the whole morning to prepare it

After I was through with everything, I started prepping the Ekpang Nkukwo,rhe first thing I did was cutting the Coco yam leaves into the small sizes that will be good and also nice to be used. Then it was followed by peeling the water yam and Wash it to be very clean,then i prepare the ingredients that I will be used

• Periwinkle
• pepper
• Cray fish
• Dry Fish
• Red oil
• Salt
• Maggi
• water

After that I Wash the water yam finally and grind it using the local method The next step was washing the pot and putting a little oil inside before starting to wrap the Ekpang Nkukwo into the pot It is at this point that I put some of the ingredients while I'm rapping the Ekpang Nkukwo using coco yam leaves , when I finished doing that I set up the fire and put the pot on the fire, put in a little water and cover the pot allow it to boiled for some time before I added the rest of the ingredients, used turner and turned it, after 5 minutes,iput oil in it covered it allow it to completely done and I dropped the pot down.
It was a delicious delicacy that Our people like eating.

After that I eat my own share of food and allow it to be in the pot so that when my children come back I will share with them.

In the afternoon I was in the market to buy things for my shop, those things I bought were stockfish, mazie bread and fried groundnut, things were so costly in the market, the stockfish was so costly and was not much on ground, i tried to buy it. After I have gathered everything I moved to the motor park and joined the bus I saw.as at the time I finished.

In the evening when I came back to the house my kids were already at home I dropped the bag and it took what i bought into their place.

As I was through with everything,I warmed the Ekpang Nkukwo, told my son to bring plates for everyone so that I could share it with all of them, they were so happy to see the Ekpang Nkukwo, they were enjoying themselves and after that moment,I kept water and bath all of them and they retired to bedroom
