The Diary Game: Going To Church And Washing My Hair 25-01-2026

Hello, ladies and gentlemen of steemit, how are you doing? I couldn't share my diary on Sunday, I had so many things on my plate that hindered me, that is why I am here to share my day today.

In the morning, I went to church with my family and my son decided to go to the elder's seat to sit with his father while my daughter stayed with me, we shared the same space in church. When it was time for preaching, he came up to where I was sitting with his sister and then sat with us.

When church ended, we went back home but I had so many other things to do at home, I first had to make sure everyone had eaten before I took the oil I bought and began to measure them into smaller units. Measuring half a 20 litres oil is something I wouldn't want to do on a Sunday because I just want sunday's to be a day of rest but I had no other choice.

By 2pm, I was done with measuring the oil so I sent it to the shop, my husband was there and then I went in to wash the things I used in measuring the oil and then took them to where they are supposed to bed. When I finished, I joined my son who was still sleeping, my daughter had woken up and was trying to do her assignment, when I offered to show her, she told me she knows how to do it so I let her do it alone then I went to bed.

When I woke up, I got my clothes on and then I went to the shop to stay with my husband and help her serve customers. When I got there, we stayed till 5pm, he told me my hair was looking bushy and he never saw it earlier because I wore wig, so he gave me money to go and wash my hair so that on Monday, I will plait it, I was so grateful.

So, when I got the money, I took it to the saloon shop that is just across our shop street and then when I got there, they began to wash my hair and then dried it. Before they could finish, it was evening and then I went back home to go and make dinner for my family, my husband told me he was already closing the shop.

When I got back home, I immediately boiled rice because we had stew at home so that we could eat it for the night. I dished it for my kids and then took it to their small dining while I waited for my husband to finish up so that my husband could come so we could eat.

When we finished eating, I washed everyone's plates and then I took my bath, my kids were already sleeping while I went to the parlour to sit there and write, no one was there, my husband was in the room sleeping so I was the only one out here and right now, I will be joining my family, see you guys later.
