The Dairy Game: Amazing Sunday Routine (28-04-2026)
When we arrived at church, the service had already begun. We quietly went in and found seats, but I didn’t sit with my man because I knew we might distract each other. The service continued smoothly, and everything was done successfully. The atmosphere was calm and uplifting, and everyone participated well. After the main service ended, they moved on to a dedication service, which was also beautiful and well organized. At the end of the programme, refreshments were shared, and we were given egg roll and malt, which was really nice. People stayed around for a while, greeting one another and enjoying the moment. After everything was over, my fiancé and his sister stayed back to help clean the church premises. They were arranging chairs and making sure everywhere was neat before leaving. I didn’t join them, so I just waited patiently, watching and resting while they finished up. I wanted us to all go home together, so I stayed until they were done. It was a good and fulfilling time at church, and the whole experience made the day feel special and well spent.
When we returned from church, everyone was tired, so we all sat outside for a while to rest. When it was time to open the door, we realized that we had forgotten the key at church. We quickly called someone to bring it for us, and thankfully the church was not far from the house, so it didn’t take long. When the person arrived with the key, we opened the door and everyone went inside to relax properly. The first thing I did was to wash my hair because I had already planned to make it. One of the girls in the house is a hairstylist, so I asked her if she could help me weave my hair. My hair is quite small, so I wasn’t sure if it would work, but she said yes confidently. We started immediately while others were busy in the kitchen preparing lunch. After some time, the food was ready and served. Everyone ate and was satisfied with the meal. It was a calm and enjoyable moment after the stress of the day, and I was glad everything turned out well, from church to getting back home and finally having a good meal together. After the meal, I discovered that the water was not running. They checked and found out that the water had finished, and there was no light as well. My fiancé then asked me to follow him so he could go and buy fuel. When we got to the fuel shop, the man selling the fuel said he did not accept transfers, so we had to trek back to find a POS and withdraw cash. After withdrawing the money, we returned to the shop, bought the fuel, and went back home. When we got home, we put on the generator and pumped water. I used that opportunity to charge my phone and rest a little since the fan was finally on. By then, it was already evening. Later, my fiancé came to me and asked if I could help in the kitchen because his sister was preparing to return to school, as she stays in the hostel. The plan was to cook palm oil rice. I started by parboiling the rice and making sure all the ingredients I needed were ready and available. After that, I went into the main cooking process, and in a short time, the food was ready. Everyone was served, and we all ate well. My fiancé and I ate together, and after eating, we rested for the day.
