Hello, Steemians. A blessed and reflective Sunday to you all. Today feels particularly special as I share this diary entry from Nigeria.

The main event of my day was, of course, going to church. But today wasn't just any Sunday—it was the final day of our Christian Week and Family Life Week Program. The atmosphere in church was deeply moving. It rained slightly throughout the service, a soft, steady patter on the roof that seemed to wash everything clean and add to the feeling of reverence inside. There was a powerful sense of closure and celebration in the air, a collective gratitude for a week of spiritual growth and family reflection.
The songs of praise felt louder, the prayers felt deeper, and the final sermon, which focused on strengthening family bonds through faith, truly resonated with me. It was a beautiful and fitting end to the program, leaving everyone feeling united and uplifted.

When I got home, the light rain had softened into a drizzle. The compound was quiet and fresh. I didn't have any major chores in mind. I simply took a slow walk around the farm, checking that everything was in order. I glanced at the brooding house; the chicks were huddled warmly and quietly. I looked over the staked tomato plants, standing firm and looking refreshed from the rain. It was a simple, grounding moment—a quiet stewardship after a morning filled with spiritual nourishment.

It was the perfect way to end this significant day: my soul fed at church, and my heart content seeing my little farm at peace.

That's all from me for this blessed Sunday. May the coming week bring you all peace and strength. Good night from Nigeria.
