The Diary Game: [10|07|2026] How I Spent My Day Today
Hello, my fellow Steemit family. I hope everyone is doing well today. Welcome to another episode of my diary. Today was a very stressful day because of the heavy rain that fell in my area.
I woke up around 7:15 a.m. because the sound of the rain was very loud. When I opened the door, I was surprised to see that the compound was already covered with floodwater. The rain was so heavy that I became worried that the water might enter our rooms.
When the flood starting to enter
I quickly went outside to look for a solution. I spent some time clearing the drainage and guiding the water so that it would not enter the house. It was not easy because I was already wet and feeling cold.
After some hours, the rain started to reduce and the floodwater slowly disappeared. By then, I was very tired and my body was shivering. I went back into my room to rest for a while.
Later, I entered the kitchen to prepare something to eat. I did not want to cook anything stressful, so I decided to make spaghetti and egg because that was what I wanted to eat. After cooking, I served my food and went to the sitting room.
When i was preparing the food
After serving the food, I carried it to the living room and ate while watching a movie. It was a nice way to relax after the stressful experience in the morning . Although, the day started with the heavy rain and flood, I was happy everything went back to normal again
