The Diary Game: (26-10-2025) My Sunday Was Splendid
In the morning:;
Sunday indeed is a day of rest. I choose this day to have enough rest and fun with my kids.
So today, I went for the second worship service, which was by 9:00am. I got up a bit earlier because the kids had a light breakfast, so there was not much stress on me.
While in church I noticed our new pastor, which is just standing in for the next pastor that will be sent to the congregation. He is a firebrand but an assistant pastor in another congregation.
The theme for the month is MY DEPENDABLE DESTINY HELPER.
What I got from the message was that the Holy Spirit should be our dependable destiny helper and not man. Man might fail, but the Holy Spirit can never fail.
The Holy Spirit should be our guide, our comforter, our teacher, etc.

He mentioned our late former first lady, how she promised to meet her classmates' needs once she returned from travelling, but unfortunately she never returned with life.
Another live story was when he wanted to travel outside Nigeria without a passport; he spoke in the language of the Holy Spirit, and ways were paved for him to go and return.
He further mentioned how he secured a graduate job despite the fact that he had just a national diploma certificate.
Another live event was how a member dressed up to go to a car stand after praying in the Holy Ghost just to do window shopping in cars, but he ended up going back with two cars.
His live experiences were 'wow' in the message.
After the service I waited behind to charge my phone. After about an hour, we left for the house.

Afternoon;
Initially I and the family wanted to go for a baby christening of my husband's colleague, but I decided to get home first and later stayed back finally.
I purposely stayed back to have a good time resting, which I did to my satisfaction.
Evening
So this evening I entered the kitchen and prepared some fries for everyone while they went to bed for eating; I joined them to cuddle my baby to sleep. Then I left to wash the dishes.
Thereafter I retired to the bed.
