All their menus were pizza-specialised. To place an order, you have to go directly to the section where the pizzas are prepared. There, they show the menus to the customers, who then order their preferred pizza and wait for some time. The price of the pizza depends on its size and variant. Additionally, customers have to pay an extra charge if they want to add extra toppings, cheese, or anything else.

After ordering the pizza, you might have to wait for 10-20 minutes. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the pizza I ordered for takeaway. During that time, I looked around the pizzeria and noticed some fun stickers. I also observed some cards hanging from the ceiling mentioning pizza slices and the prices of various pizzas.

Something quite unique I noticed while climbing the stairs was the stair count-down. The number of steps you need to take to reach the top was printed on each step, which was very distinct. The entire pizzeria was decorated with their signature blue and red theme across all elements, representing the Domino's brand.

I found the behaviour of their staff to be the most delightful. As soon as I entered the pizzeria, a staff member in the cooking area loudly greeted me, "Welcome to Domino's Pizza, sir." From ordering the pizza to the parcel being delivered into my hands, the staff's conduct at every step was extremely satisfying.

As far as I know, the TVs above the cooking area usually display the countdown for customer orders being prepared and served. However, when I visited, I only saw one other customer, so perhaps due to low customer traffic, they had turned off the live order countdown on the TVs.

Customers can make payments through digital methods like bKash, Nagad, and bank cards. More than one payment system has been provided to ensure customer convenience. After payment, customers are given a receipt detailing all the costs of their food order.

The entire pizzeria was air-conditioned. High-quality air conditioning and comfortable seating were provided so that customers could enjoy their favourite pizza comfortably in any weather. They have enough space regardless of how high the customer traffic gets.

They have committed to delivering online pizza orders placed through their app within 30 minutes to the customer's location within a specified area. I noticed that their own delivery staff are ready in advance to manage this campaign.

My first experience at Domino's Pizza was fantastic. Although I didn't eat the food at the pizzeria, when I brought the parcel home and heated the pizza, the taste was very delicious. And because Domino's had already built its customer base in the city for its world-famous food, their pizza delivery service is always busy.

Yes, this was my first time visiting this particular pizzeria. I have enjoyed pizza at other reputed restaurants before. I really enjoy the signature pizzas with extra cheese. Many say that hot pizza can stick to the teeth, but I haven't faced this issue any of the times I've eaten Pizza.

✓ What are your favorite pizza toppings and what drink do you like to have with it?

My favourite extra topping is the veg topping. When the pizza topping includes onion, capsicum, mushroom, black olives, green chillies, and sweet corn, the taste becomes slightly spicy, and this is the kind of topping I prefer most.

I prefer Coke with pizza. If the pizza is a slightly spicier variant, having a Coca-Cola as a beverage afterwards allows for complete and satisfying enjoyment of the pizza's flavour. That's why I prepare Coke with it.

✓ Do you think pizza is a suitable food to enjoy on any occasion?

I think there are several occasions where pizza is quite suitable. When hanging out with friends at home, instead of dealing with the hassle of cooking, pizza can be easily ordered and enjoyed. And pizza can be a great option for sharing slices with friends or for giving a birthday treat. I feel comfortable enjoying pizza anytime, even with family, not just on special occasions.
