Happy new year my favorites, how are you all doing today, I strongly believe that you all are really having a great year full of testimony, Joy and so many good things which you all have gained the previous year and still have set another goal his very year.

Is a wonderful moment to have fun in this very platform with this very topic which I believe that many will absolutely learn from it and also serve as a words of encouragement and renewed hope for Jose this hat have lost hope.

meaning of employment and unemployment

Employment: This is the ability by which one have a paid job In order to sustain a living.
While
Unemployment: This is also the ability by which one doesn’t not have a work but he or she is willing or ready to work.

UNEMPLOYMENT

As we all knows the state of the economy and the kind of Government we have for those that are currently residing in Nigeria. They are not the type we can rely on for employment, because after spending time in the university studying and hoping that after school you will get work and start earning a living for yourself, you will still see that all this things are just waste of time.

So meanwhile the high rate of unemployment is alarming and is an issue that needs to be addressed by our leaders, because it is making our youth do all sought of bad things like kidnapping, stealing and some into internet fraud.
Which is causing more corruption and insecurity in the country because they have not gotten work to feed and take care of their daily basis or social amenities.

The possible solution to it: So like I just said before this issue needs to addressed by our leaders so that the young ones who are still the future leaders will not see higher institution like a waste of time and money.

Secondly: We civilians have seen and noticed that the high rate of unemployment is alarming in the country, we can still hope and self and start something even if is not a white collar job we can still learn a handwork or start with a small business and then plan to develop it to a bigger business and create employment for others.

Who would benefit most from this solution?:

Like I said if this issue is addressed, everyone in the society will absolutely benefit from it, and the upcoming ones will no longer see going to university as a waste of time.
It will also benefit the country or society because it will reduce high rate of insecurity and everyone will be safe and enjoy the country.

So for the second solution that I dropped so far on the second paragraph. If that method is applied, you as a person that applied that method will also benefit most from it because you are now self employed and also created employment for others to help make more money and develop your company world wide.

What possible challenges or limitations do you think your idea might face?:

Of course there must be a challenge alongside limitations in any idea that we bring up here, even if we bring up the best idea there will also be a challenge and some limitations.

So meanwhile, as a self employed person that didn’t see work and just start managing or running a small business will have some challenges and limitations like:
As a new self employed personnel Will first of all face the challenge of gathering capital for the type of business you will like to venture into. But assuming someone that is employed will find it a little bit easier to save and gather capital to start business or open a mini business and employ someone to be working for him or her and still be doing his or her work.

And also things that may limit you as a self employed person that just start business is that with the small capital you have you cannot be able to buy more goods in your shop you will just buy little goods as your little capital can afford to buy.

Unemployment has been the only excuse some of our youth have been using to commit all kinds of evil acts like; stealing, kidnapping, internet fraud and so on in the community which some of our upcoming future leaders have be imitating them thinking that all of those evil acts they are committing is right.

So we should try and seek for advise from our wise or elderly ones anytime we are experiencing such a challenge in our life, and also let’s bring up an idea and start business and be self employed if we did it see work to do and not to be doing evil.
