We use token conversion quite often and I think this process of conversion should be quick and hassle-free. Today in this post I am going to try a web portal known as SteemScan and share my review and experience about this platform. I never used this platform before and in this post, I will hare my review about this platform as well.

I used to do such conversion with blocktrades before hardfork but now we don't have that option anymore and its much-needed services for all of us at steem. We have few exchanges for trades but its not easy to use and also have to go through the KYC process for which not everyone is okay with. Despite all of these issues if you still choose exchange like bittrex then there are various conditions and restrictions to perform the transaction.

I came across steemscan.com a couple of days back and wanted to give it a try so today is the day when I am going to perform the transaction and share my review about this platform.

Clean and Easy UI

I opened the website and found that the homepage is so neat and clean and it opens two charts by default showing the price and volume history for different parameters like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly, etc.

Below these charts, you can check the Latest transactions or the blocks and all these are updated in real-time so if you wait for a few minutes then you will see the movement. This is a good one to how many transactions are going through steam blockchain and shows the amount of action on seem.

Once I clicked on menu then I found some options to use as per the below screenshot-

Witness

In the witness option, we can get all the information about witnesses who can even vote as well.

DApps

Under the DApps option, you can see all the apps on the steam blockchain which will show the total number of Dapps and active users along with each one. This section has a glimpse of each dapps as well with their web address and their nature of work.

Dev Tools

This is for the people who are having technical knowledge and nor for users like me. I did not understand anything in this.

Quick Convert

This is what most steemians will use and now I am going to perform a conversation transaction through this.

After selecting the "Quick Convert" option it opens the page shown on the below snapshot.

• There is 3 cryptocurrency option in which you can convert your steam tokens. These 3 are- USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Tron (TRX)
• This window is quite simple and easy to use.

Now let's perform a conversion from Steem to Tron. I select TRON because I am going to convert 10 steem and in BTC or USDT this amount will be too low but in tron, I will get a good number of tokens as Tron is so cheap as compared to BTC and UST.

Step: 1

I entered the steem value that I want to convert to Tron and entered my Tron wallet address.

Step: 2

Verify the wallet address and the steem amount that is getting used for conversion and then click proceed for payment.

Step: 3

Step 3 just to authorize the transaction through steam login using the active key and it consists of a couple of windows to complete. Here I have also shared these snapshots as well.

It took about 2 minutes only for me to perform this conversion transaction even when I was new to the platform. This is an impressive and superb experience.

There is also a confirmation memo sent to the steem wallet once the transaction is processed and this is very good.

Although there is an option to check the transition using the search option but this way you get the confirmation automatically.

NO KYC

This is something I want to bring your attention because KYC is a lengthy process and I don't like to go for it. Here on steem scan its not required. Just open the site, enter the amount with wallet address authenticate it and you are done. Its as simple as connecting dots like 1-2-3.

I have used this time for the first and I rate this website 10/10 for everything lie easy access, speed, and security. Despite being a new user I could perform the transaction in less than 2 minutes. I appreciate the fact that this is developed with thought keeping in mind to make it easy and fast for everyone and that makes it a great one.
