Hello Beautiful kids and Lovers
How are you all doing over? trust you are doing alright., I am good here, even though the rain has stopped me from going out for the Steemit roadshow promotion as I planned this morning, but it’s okay, I will still do it in another form.
However, today is Thursday, and if you check on our Steemkidss update timetable our activity for today’s publication is based on sports and physical activities that children can develop.
A LITTLE CLUE ABOUT EXERCISE
Since babies can’t do exercise on their own, mothers always take such responsibility to make sure that their babies have enough healthy and physical exercise, that’s why they give their babies through massage after bathing them and they won’t stop it, regardless of how much the baby raises his/her voice to cry during this process, mothers know how important it is for their kids to engage in such physical activities.
This process is as important as food is.
Physical exercise is so important, that is why even in schools for tender age, they have subjects like physical education, where the kids are moved outside the class to perform the exercise for some minutes daily.
Schools also perform sports in other to help these to be physically fit and gain stamina.
The same activities are done in high schools and even tertiary institutions. The aim of all these is for physical fitness and to live a healthy life.
Little wonder then why some communities on steemit organize sports activities every month for their community members both kids and friends of kids in other to look healthy.
Come to think of it, what are sports and physical activities? Below is my simple explanation of Sports and physical activities. And for the benefit of kids, I have simplified my use of English in the definition.
SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
In a simpler term, Sport and physical activities can be defined as activity that involves bodily activities that build-up, boost, or maintain an aerobic and healthy life.
Aerobic means any movement or activity you do that makes your muscle use oxygen. engaging in Aerobic activities, help your heart to pump.
So when you dance, that’s an aerobic activity, when you run and when you play soccer, they are all aerobic activities.
Engaging in such activities is important both physically and mentally, in what sense? Please look at the next subheading.
IMPORTANT OF SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
- Engaging in the above activities can help achieve a stronger bone.
- Engaging in such activities can help in physical fitness.
- Engaging in such activities can help in reducing the risk of having heart disease
- Engaging in such activities can help in weight regulation.
- Engaging in such activities can help in Promoting healthy and even active lifestyles.
- Engaging in such activities can help kids to improve their academic performance.
WHO SHOULD TAKE PART IN THESE ACTIVITIES?
No one is exempted from doing Exercise. All can take part for better health status.
So, kids, you can be doing aerobic activity for about 1 hour or even more, daily activities that strengthen bones like running or jumping at least four 4 days each week, and activities that build muscles like climbing or doing push-ups 4 days each week. So you can easily select your days within the week to practice this.
However, Kids with special needs should be supervised by their parents or guardians.
Kids can start from the simple ones to the complex ones.
Adults can as well take part in this exercise.
CONCLUSION
The aim of Sport and physical activities is for better health and physical fitness, It helps kids have a brighter brain, it also helps in retentive memory. May I use this opportunity to encourage parents and guardiancies to always engage their kids in simple Exercise depending on the kid’s age?
And may I also use this opportunity please to appeal to the @steemkidss leaders and family to organize physical activities like simple exercise with our precious kids here, at least once a month. And I am willing to volunteer on any of the weekends to assist the community to achieve this, thank you very much.

Engaging in such exercise can help balance up a child's mental health. Exercise is one the ideal habits a child should be exposed to while they are still very young so that when they grow up, it becomes part of them as that will help them be proactive.
