What do you think NK will do - halt their nuclear program forever and begin to negotiate or vice versa? I believe the answer is clear. As Putin said recently, the North Korean would rather eat dirt than give up on their nuclear program. They have come a long way and there is no chance for them to stop now. It ain't goin to happen...
