TTAI keeps reminding me that early advantage rarely belongs to whoever sounds the smartest first. It usually belongs to the builders who run clean experiments, notice what actually works, and keep refining without pretending every step is a breakthrough. In young AI communities, trust compounds around people who share process clearly: what changed, what improved, and what still needs work.
